Clarity Is King

 I was reading one of my older posts and thinking to myself "A lot of this is a bunch of goddamed word salad!", and I guess that's the next step of this writing journey that I'm resuming all these years later. I wanna cut out the word salad bullshit, and write in a way that's radical, straightforward, and even uncomfortable. It's how I remember writing in the beginning. 

But somehow the more I learned, the more I learned how to bullshit. Now, the art of "bullshitting" is a particular valuable one in a society and system where getting ahead often belongs to the best of bullshitters, so it's not a terrible skill to master, but I used to be radical! In writings that never made this blog, I was confrontational and challenging and in terms of what's going on inside my brain, that ain't really changed all that much. But I've always understood that diplomacy is important. 

I guess now, I'd like to strip all of that down a bit and be more straightforward. A lot of words can confuse, and if there's one king that I bend the knee to today, it's "King Clarity". Now, more than ever, I want clarity. I want it from me first, but I also want it from you. 

Maybe that's why I'm back here.
